Participation and Conservation in Development Aid: Case Studies from Kilifi District, Kenya. Chapter 1 describes the changing vocabulary of aid agencies through the years. Next, a general description of Kenya and the Kilifi context is given. The Chapters 3 to 6 describe the case studies, In Chapter 7, the cases are analysed in terms of power relations.
