This is a draft of a Convention which it is proposed to enter into with Switzerland for the relief of double taxation. The convention will be made by extending to Kenya the provisions of the double taxation. The agreement will be extended, subject to the modifications set out thereafter, which Her Majesty's Government will give the Swiss Government and which will bring the Convention into effect.
