The Theoritical Evolution of International Political Economy: This book brings together a collection of seminal readings in international political economy that charts the historical and theoritical evolution of the field from the eighteenth century to the present day. It brings together classic works and leading contemporary arguments. It thus outlines the development of three schools of International Political Economy (IPE) thought: Liberalism, Marxism and Realism. It also includes recent syntheses of these approaches to show how conventional theoritical categories are giving way to more electric conceptual schemes. It features an added section on the portmodern turn in the study of international politcal economy, and includes a number of new readings. These new readings include workd by F, Ricardo D, among many of the most frequently cited IPE references in a single volume. It is a valuable resource for students of international relations and international economics.
