| Summary, etc. | National Assembly Report of the Work and the Activities of the Seventh Parliament, January 26, 1993 to November 10, 1997 Section 30 of the Constitution vest the legislative powers of the Republic in the Parliament of Kenya which consists of the President and the National Assembly. In turn that legislative power is exerciseable by bills enacted by the Assembly. Consequently, seventy three (73) Public Bills were presented to the Seventh Parliament by Ministers. No Public or Private Bills were introduced by Private Members. |
